Why Message

Instant messages are ideal if you’re seeking expert guidance and insight for a specific aesthetic question or concern, looking for on-demand second opinions, or just beginning your aesthetic journey – all with the ease of sending a text.

Messaging

In each instant message, you are free to send one detailed chat of up to 1250 characters, one (1) video file (up to 2 minutes long), and three (3) photos. Use these resources to clearly outline your concerns, showing various angles of the treatment area, and convey your desired outcomes. All messages, photos, and videos sent using the Persana chat function shall be retained by Persana for a period of 6 months after their original transmission.

Response Time

If the physician requests follow-up information from you, you will have 72 hours to respond before the instant message closes. When you receive a response, you will be notified in the platform, as well as by email and SMS (if notifications are enabled).
